Tier Expiration

To stay in a tier, you will need to earn the number of points required by that tier before your tier expiration date. This date can be found on your account page. For example, Tier 2 requires 500 points, so in order to stay in this tier bracket, you must earn at least 500 points within the 12 months leading up to your tier expiration date.

Earning points

Points will be awarded 1 point for every £1 spent, where we run a double points event, you will be awarded 2 points for every £1 spent. Points will remain as “pending” whilst the returns window is open. If you return an item in this time, the points are deducted as if the item was never purchased. If after the returns window has closed you decide to keep your items, the points are “approved“.

Suspension or deletion of membership due to fraudulent use of the loyalty programme

It is assumed that all Members are bound by the GoDark programme terms and conditions, in the event of abuse or failure to follow any terms and conditions, ThruDark reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate membership to the programme, along with all associated benefits without notice. In this case, ThruDark will inform the member after such suspension or termination through any appropriate means.

ThruDark may suspend or terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of fraud, attempted fraud, or theft by a member on the ThruDark.com website.
• In the event of inappropriate use or misappropriation of the programme.
• In the event of an abnormally high number of transactions in one or more purchase days.
• In the event of an abnormally high number of returns in a 12-month period.
• If a Member fails to follow the provisions set out in these terms and conditions.

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be returned in an identical condition to that in which it is received by you, defining this condition as: new, unworn, unaltered; displayed in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be refused.
