1. The Gift

• The free gift is the Call of Duty Endowment (C.O.D.E.) Endeavour: Tracer Pack, an in-game downloadable content (DLC) for Call of Duty®: Black Ops 6. The Tracer Pack includes a ThruDark insignia weapon charm, weapon sticker, spray, and other in-game items.

2. Eligibility

• This promotion is valid for customers purchasing Call of Duty Endowment apparel on our website www.thrudark.com/code from 21.10.2024. The promotion will continue until the limited quantity of unique codes for the free gift is exhausted.
• Customers must purchase qualifying product(s) to be eligible for the free gift. The qualifying products include:

3. Discounts

• All ThruDark x Call of Duty Endowment products cannot be combined with any other discounts, including but not limited to Black Ops Tier Discount.

4. Gift with Purchase Redemption

• Your unique code for the Call of Duty Endowment Endeavour: Tracer Pack will be emailed to you automatically starting from 25th October 2024 at 6pm (BST).
• Each qualifying product purchased is eligible for one unique code. Therefore, customers will receive one code per Call of Duty Endowment apparel item ordered.
• The free gift is subject to limited availability and will be offered while stocks last.
• The free gift is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash, store credit, or any other items.
• If the free gift becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

4. Charity Royalty Contribution

• For every qualifying purchase made during the promotion, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Call of Duty Endowment, a charity that supports veterans in finding high-quality careers.
• The royalty fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including returns and exchanges.

5. Returns and Refunds

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.
• A £10 administration fee will be applied for each return. This fee covers processing and restocking.
• Please note that the charity royalty fee is non-refundable. Even if the item(s) are returned, the royalty contribution to the Call of Duty Endowment will not be refunded.
• The free gift must be returned along with the original item(s). Failure to return the free gift will result in a deduction of its retail value from your refund.

6. Exchanges

• Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• If you choose to exchange an item, the same royalty contribution will apply to the new item(s), but no additional royalty fee will be charged for the replacement product.

7. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item(s).
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, minus the return administration fee of £10 and any applicable deductions (e.g., non-return of the free gift).

8. Shipping and Returns

• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns unless the product is defective or the wrong item was received.
• The £10 administration fee is applicable regardless of the return shipping cost and is non-negotiable.

9. Modifications and Cancellation of Promotion

• We reserve the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately and posted on this page.
