3. Fill out the form below to nominate your chosen charity.
1. Organiser
- The competition is organised by ThruDark (“The Organiser”).
- By participating, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
- Employees of ThruDark, their immediate families, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Requirements
- To enter, participants must follow these steps:
- Follow @thrudark on Instagram
- Comment on the instagram post tagging three friends and naming your charity of choice
- make a donation and nominate a charity
- Subscribe to our mailing list
- Participants may also enter without donating by fulfilling all other criteria and then submitting an entry form explaining their chosen charity, including its name and why they support it. Find the form here.
- Entries must include a valid charity recommendation to qualify.
- Donations and entries must be submitted before the competition’s closing date.
4. Competition Period
- The competition begins on 05.12.24 and ends at midnight on 24.12.24.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
5. Winner Selection
- One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be announced within 14 days of the competition closing.
- The Organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize Details
- The winner will receive a prize bundle provided by ThruDark and its partners.
- All donations collected during the competition will go to the winner’s nominated charity.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

7. Charity Guidelines
- Charities nominated must be registered and legitimate organisations.
- The Organiser reserves the right to verify the nominated charity and decline any that do not meet the guidelines.
8. Use of Personal Information
- By entering, participants consent to their name and charity being used for promotional purposes related to the competition.
- Personal information will be handled in accordance with ThruDark’s Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
- The Organiser is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries.
- The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition in case of unforeseen circumstances.
10. Governing Law
- The competition is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
